Return and Exchange Policy:
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our cartridges and toners up to 180
days from the day of purchase. If your invoice date has passed the 180 days, we
will not be able to honor any return or exchange.
All product returns must obtain return authorization. Packages returned without
authorization will NOT be processed and will be returned to the sender.

Defective Cartridges:
All defective cartridges that are returned to us as defective, are subject to inspection. If we
determine the cartridge is not defective, customer will incur a 20% restocking
fee. Please review our Tech Support before determining if your cartridge is
defective.
Unopened Cartridges:
All unopened cartridges returned for a refund will incur a 20% restocking
fee and $4.95 shipping cost will be deducted.
Restocking/ Cancellation fee:
The reason for the restocking / cancellation fee is to recover some of the cost
associated with processing the orders such as credit card processing fees and
marketing cost.
A 20% restocking / cancellation fee will apply to packages that are returned
for, but not limited to, the following reasons:
• Customer cancels order
• Customer changed his or her mind after placing the order
• Customer ordered the wrong cartridges and does not want to replace them with
the correct ones and is requesting a refund
Exchange for a new printer or wrong cartridges:
If you changed your printer and you need to exchange your current unopened
cartridges for the new cartridges, or if you ordered the wrong cartridges and
want to order the right ones please follow the procedure below:
Step 1: Call customer service to place a new order for the correct cartridges,
compatible to your printer, so that a new order number is generated.
Step 2: Obtain a return authorization for the unused/unopened cartridges you
want to return.
Step 3: Upon receipt of your package we will issue a full refund, minus $4.95
shipping charges.
Please Note:
Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund or replacement to be processed.
If you are returning a product to us, DO NOT use the plastic bags found in some
of the ink boxes. These bags are provided by the manufacturers for recycling
purposes only. Cartridges returned in these bags will not reach us and we will
not be able to credit you for those cartridges.
